Welcome to Uji Matcha Drops.

Matcha is currently gaining attention overseas and is enjoyed all over the world.
Among all the renowned matcha producing regions in Japan, my hometown of Uji stands out.

My story began in Uji, Kyoto.
Having grown up in Uji through elementary, junior high, and high school, I lived with tea as a matter of course, surrounded by the aroma of hojicha flowing from school faucets and the verdant tea fields I saw daily on my way to and from school.

In Uji, tea is not just a "beverage"; it is a "historical culture," "daily life," and "pride"—it is "beauty" itself.
That is why I began to wish to convey not only the taste of matcha but also this beauty to the world in the form of "Uji Matcha Drops."

The brand name "Uji Matcha Drops" also incorporates my own name, "Shizuku" (which means "drop").

Just like matcha is carefully whisked drop by drop, we aim to deliver a heartfelt experience to people all over the world.

From a single drop, to the world.

May these drops, starting from Uji, gently reach someone's heart.

This matcha is sourced directly from farmers, made from the first flush tea leaves picked in spring, and is free from pesticides, chemical fertilizers, herbicides, and animal manure. 🍵
